Since 2008, Turtle Bay has been actively purchasing, managing & funding multi-family real estate in any condition or under any circumstance. The typical due diligence and timing of funding is approximately 10 business days start to finish.
We can also work with you on listing your property as we are licensed in the State of GA.

TBCG also works with wholesalers, equity funds, as well as on more difficult tax lien and short sale situations.

TBCG makes strategic equity investments in multi-family & single family investment projects primarily within the Southeast. As the real estate market changes and banks change/tighten their investment lending criteria - TBCG will inject capital into a project to facilitate the deal getting done. TBCG does focus on projects where it is in a lead, 1st lien position, however, depending on the particular project/situation - is able to make passive equity injections commensurate with the appropriate level of equity in the project.
